Job Description

Engage in strategic learning initiatives with Rakuten as an L&D; Operations Coordinator in Brighton. This 6-month hybrid role supports Global Talent Management and requires exceptional organizational skills. As part of the Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team, you'll facilitate the development and delivery of Rakuten's learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as LMS point person for Optimism University
  • Provide Tier 2 support for LMS inquiries
  • Create reports highlighting learning trends and metrics
  • Coordinate global programs with Programme Managers
  • Interact with corporate communications for marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in L&D; program coordination
  • Solid organizational and communication skills
