Job Description
Engage in strategic learning initiatives with Rakuten as an L&D; Operations Coordinator in Brighton. This 6-month hybrid role supports Global Talent Management and requires exceptional organizational skills. As part of the Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team, you'll facilitate the development and delivery of Rakuten's learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as LMS point person for Optimism University
- Provide Tier 2 support for LMS inquiries
- Create reports highlighting learning trends and metrics
- Coordinate global programs with Programme Managers
- Interact with corporate communications for marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in L&D; program coordination
- Solid organizational and communication skills
