Job Summary:
The L&D Designer/Developer will support North American Customer Operations (NACO) by designing high-quality, blended learning and performance enablement solutions aligned to strategic business priorities. Reporting to the Manager, Instructional Technology Development, this role is responsible for creating engaging, accessible, and brand-aligned learning experiences that strengthen employee capabilities and knowledge. This position involves designing and developing complex learning solutions including eLearning modules, simulations, performance support tools, multimedia assets, and interactive content while ensuring alignment with accessibility standards and organizational learning strategies.
