Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an L&D Coordinator - Banking. This position involves supporting large-scale, strategic learning programs within a dynamic banking environment, combining data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination to enhance staff development and organizational growth.

Pay rate range (CAD): $43.55/hr– $52.26/hr

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of large-scale L&D programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.
• Analyze learning data, generate insights, and present findings in clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
