Join LCBO as a Customer Service Representative in Southampton and provide excellent service. Engage customers, operate the cash register, and maintain store safety and organization on-site.
This on-site role for summer 2026 will report to the store manager. Key duties include ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, participating in surveys, and contributing to the Spirit of Sustainability Campaign. You will manage various tasks while lifting product cases safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using our cash register system efficiently
• Solicit donations for partner charities
• Engage in customer feedback surveys
• Restock shelves and keep the store orderly

Requirements:
• Must work well with teammates and customers
• Legal work authorization in Canada is mandatory
