Job Description
As a lawyer, you will carry out the following main tasks:
•Analyzing contract documents and related risks;
• Writing legal opinions and advice;
• Assisting in the negotiation of markets and contracts of all kinds;
• Participating in the implementation of insurance policies and claims follow-up;
• Managing and following all documentation related to company law and its application within the company (drafting statutes, minutes of meetings, etc.)
• Managing pre-litigation and social and commercial litigation in relation with lawyers and operational departments;
• Writing legal support materials and notes;
• Carrying out legal advice and audit missions;
• Handling all other legal issues related to the company's business.
