Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the technical management of judicial, administrative and extrajudicial proceedings, conducting strategic analyses and proposing defenses aligned with internal guidelines.
  • Manage deadlines, case movements and liaise with clients and judicial bodies.
  • Draft procedural documents based on standardized templates, review documents prepared by less experienced colleagues, and attend hearings, court orders and negotiations.
  • Monitor the cases under your responsibility daily, ensuring compliance with operational workflows and legal deadlines.
  • Provide guidance to legal team members on low‑complexity tasks and contribute to internal training.
