Maintaining contact with the customer before a treatment is carried out to inform them when you will be attending. Call ahead to schedule. To visit a number of designated customers daily to apply fertiliser and herbicide.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with customers before treatments, informing them of appointment times.
• Visit designated customers daily to apply fertiliser and herbicide.
• Inform customers when you arrive; if unavailable, proceed with treatment.
• Notify customers upon completion, provide invoice and explain work performed.
• Inform customers of next treatment date.
• Identify lawn issues and offer advice on lawn and mowing practices and additional treatments.
• Perform spring/autumn machine work (aerators, scarifiers, lawn top‑dressers) using professional machinery.
• Conduct aeration and scarification safely, clearing waste with garden tools.
