Law Clerk — Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team - #1001

Location: Orleans office (Ottawa, ON)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (exact hours are negotiable)

Work Model: Hybrid work model (mix of in-office and remote work)

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Law Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will support lawyers and/or paralegals on a variety of litigation matters and play a key role in managing files from start to finish.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, affidavits, correspondence)
  • Manage litigation files, deadlines, and lawyers' calendars
  • Assist with discoveries, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Organize and review disclosure and production documents
  • Communicate professionally with clients, counsel, and court staff
