Laundry Supervisor

O’Two Hotels is seeking a hands‑on Laundry Supervisor to support the Laundry Manager in the daily rhythm of linen, uniforms and fabric care across Terra by O’Two and Mar by O’Two. The role requires discipline, speed, accuracy and pride in the invisible details that luxury guests feel before they notice.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily laundry workflow, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, packing and distribution.

Check linen, uniforms, spa linen and restaurant linen for cleanliness, finishing quality and damage.

Allocate duties, monitor productivity and coach laundry attendants on correct procedures.

Maintain linen counts, stock movement records, damaged item logs and shift handovers.

Ensure correct use of chemicals, machines, fabric care procedures and safety standards.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and Uniform control to ensure timely availability.
