  • Responsible for handling the cash and cards payment.
  • Arrange the ordering and delivering.
  • Keep the shop clean and tidy.
  • Greeting customers who enter the shop.
  • Be involved in stock control and management.
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
  • Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.
  • Answering queries from customers.
  • Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop.
  • Being vigilant at all times and to help minimize stock loss.
  • Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email.
  • Ensure any issues concerning customer care are reported to the Shop Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Female candidates only

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage

  • Previous hotel or laundry experience is mandatory
