The Role:

The Laundry Maintenance Technician will oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of all laundry equipment and systems within a high‑end hotel environment. Responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and reliability of commercial laundry operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest service. Manage preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot and repair equipment, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and lead maintenance staff to support seamless hotel operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards while optimizing operational performance and minimizing downtime.
