Laundry Attendant

As a Laundry Attendant you will be responsible for the efficient handling and movement of all hotel linens, guest laundry and colleagues uniforms. As the hotel’s laundry operations are outsourced the role primarily involves coordinating the collection and delivery of linen to and from the external laundry facility, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of the uniform room. The Laundry Attendant ensures all items are handled with care, delivered on time and maintained to the hotel’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect count and dispatch soiled linen, towels and uniforms to the outsourced laundry service.
• Receive, inspect and record clean linen deliveries to ensure quantity and quality meet hotel standards.
