Position: Laundry Assistant
Hours: 31.5 hours per week

Croftlands Care Home is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Assistant to join our team.

This role involves working alternate weeks of 3 days and 4 days , with shifts from 8:00am to 5:00pm , providing an average of 31.5 hours per week .

Key Responsibilities

  • Washing, drying, ironing and folding residents' clothing and linen
  • Ensuring laundry is handled hygienically and in accordance with care home procedures
  • Returning clean laundry to the correct residents and departments
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the laundry area
  • Supporting the care home's high standards of cleanliness and resident comfort
