The Launch Manager works in collaboration with various company departments, assisting the Project Manager, supporting him/her during the start-up phase of new projects, managing operations, and ensuring the production department's readiness for the project's launch.
**Main activities**
* Appointed at the Kick-Off meeting as part of the project APQP team
* Responsible for the project planning, in alignment with the PM
* Participates in project APQP meetings, where:
1. Ensures the definition of prototypes (modeling), coordinated by the PM
2. Ensures production planning for the start-up phases, in line with the PM's requests
3. Ensures the presence of pre-series and series ILCs, created by Engineering under the PM's guidance
