Responsibilities:

  • Updates data, activities, follows-up on results and information used to update launch programs schedules and actions for new programs
  • Generate Requisitions for material, equipment and follow up since PO´s creation until material arrival, identification and inventory.
  • Verifies the Development of necessary documents are established for implementing the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.) for new projects
  • Follows up on the revision of the Materials used in order to confirm that the BOM is met and the submitting of updates and/or changes if is needed to keep updated the material consumption on the SAP system for new projects
  • Participate on Mock up workshops to define the workflow of new projects.
  • Participates in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean system, VPS projects, 6 sigma, etc.) for new programs
