You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and market intelligence to engage candidates and collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and leaders. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced English and Spanish, and proven experience sourcing across LATAM, including North American markets.
