Capgemini México is seeking a LatAm Talent Attraction Lead to shape and elevate the region's talent strategy. Based in Mexico City or Aguascalientes, this hybrid role drives data‑driven recruitment, candidate experience, and employer branding across Latin America.

You will develop content, playbooks, and tools, partner with TA, HR and MarCom, monitor regional KPIs, and optimize the candidate journey to attract top tech talent for Capgemini.
