Position: Latam Senior HR Analyst

Location: Amparo, Brazil.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Recruit and select candidates for technical, administrative, and management positions, conducting interviews and administering tests to identify the best skills.
• Admit new employees, following internal procedures, entering data into systems, and supporting new employees.
• Develop and implement an annual training program, assessing the needs of various areas and continuously improving technical training, customer requirements, and performance.
• Prepare the personnel expense budget and monitor it, ensuring resources are invested as planned.
• Control headcount and prepare forecasts, budgets, and other necessary reports.
• Develop and conduct internal training and new employee integration programs.
