About the Position

We are looking for a Latam Senior HR Analyst to join the HR Green Technologies team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.

This position is based at our office in Amparo, Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select candidates for technical, administrative, and management positions, conducting interviews and administering tests to identify the best skills.
• Admit new employees, following internal procedures, entering data into systems, and supporting them during the onboarding process.
• Develop and implement an annual training program, assessing the needs of various areas, and continuously improving technical training, customer requirements, and individual and collective performance.
• Prepare the personnel expense budget and monitor it.
• Control headcount and prepare forecasts, budgets, and other necessary reports.
