ElevenLabs is seeking a Sales Development Lead to guide and scale our LATAM SDR team as we accelerate pipeline generation and market expansion. You’ll shape outbound strategies, coaching, and performance with close collaboration to Account Executives and sales leadership.

You’ll bring 4+ years in sales or BD, with management experience, plus a track record building high‑performing SDR teams in fast-growing tech. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and you're based in Argentina or Mexico.
