Mattel is seeking a Director of Logistics – LATAM to lead regional logistics strategy and execution across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru, overseeing ocean freight, customs, warehousing and distribution for cost efficiency and service quality.

You will partner with commercial, procurement, finance, and external 3PLs, lead cross‑country teams, define KPIs, and drive digital transformation of ERP, TMS and WMS to improve on‑time delivery and risk management.
