Job Description

Mattel Latin America is seeking a Director of Logistics – LATAM to lead regional logistics strategy across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru, overseeing ocean freight, customs, warehousing, and distribution.

This role partners with commercial, procurement, finance, customer service and external 3PLs to drive service, cost optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement, reporting to SVP Global Logistics with a dotted line to the GM LATAM.
