Halter is seeking a LATAM Support Lead based in Argentina to build and lead our first regional support team. You will hire, onboard, and coach Specialists, set performance standards, and cultivate a high‑performing culture aligned with Halter’s values.

You will stay connected with ranch producers and field teams to understand workflows, improve the end‑to‑end experience, and drive proactive, data‑driven support across LATAM.
