Carpi Tech seeks a LatAm Business Unit Manager to lead and grow the regional BU across Latin America. You will own the P&L, develop the local team, and drive cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver waterproofing solutions.

The role requires an Engineering degree and 8+ years in BU leadership or similar settings, with strong English and Spanish, and willingness to travel within the region.
