JD Logistics is seeking an energetic Last-Mile Operations Manager to launch and run a high-volume delivery depot in Spain, overseeing inbound sorting, driver dispatch waves, and cross-dock operations.

You will lead shift supervisors and couriers, ensure On-Time Delivery and First-Time Delivery rate, and comply with local safety and labor standards, with English and Spanish fluency mandatory and Mandarin knowledge a plus.
