Laser welding and project engineer

Knowledge of: - Laser welding processes - Fiber laser technology and processes - Design of Experiments (DOE) - Robotic welding systems - Laser cell integration (robots, optics, and fixtures) - Project planning and execution (PMI or similar methodologies) Skills in: - Laser welding parameter adjustment and optimization - Welding defect analysis and interpretation - Integration of automated systems and robotic cells - Reading and interpretation of technical drawings and specifications - Project planning and follow-up - Time, resource, and priority management - Waste reduction and process optimization Experience in: - Implementation and optimization of laser welding processes in industrial environments - Adjustment of critical parameters: power, speed, and focal positioning - Diagnosis and troubleshooting of welding defects - Process engineering in high-volume production environments (automotive / metal-mechanical industry) - Integration and commissioning of automated and robotic cells En...
