Laser Production Lead: Mentor Techs & Optimize Processes

ESI an MKS Brand in Singapore is looking for a highly skilled Production Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our laser manufacturing department. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your expertise in laser cutting, engraving, and welding will be critical as you monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
