Working Schedule

  • 5 working days, 2 days off
  • Permanent Night Shift
  • Shift rotation (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Start times range from 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM, including:

  • 7PM–4AM | 8PM–5AM | 9PM–6AM
  • 10PM–7AM | 11PM–8AM | 12AM–9AM
  • 1AM–10AM | 2AM–11AM


Contract Details

  • 12-month contract under PERSOL
  • Renewal based on performance


Position Overview

  • Provide accurate and professional live telephone interpretation
  • Handle calls from industries such as:

  • Healthcare

  • Government & Law Enforcement
  • Insurance & Finance
  • Utilities, Travel & Hospitality
  • 911 Emergency Services
  • Courts & General Business


Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Business-fluent in English and Mandar...
