Located across Vancouver Island, this position is essential for supporting traffic management operations. Candidates will guide traffic control personnel, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and report directly to the site supervisor. Your responsibilities will include managing the setup of traffic control measures and participating in event-specific traffic management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct traffic control and set up signs
• Adjust traffic zones based on flow monitoring
• Communicate safety and compliance issues
• Participate in accident investigations and reporting
• Utilize PPE and two-way radios as required
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of BC LCT experience
• Valid TCP certification recognized by WorkSafeBC
