As a Landscape Operator reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll manage tools, perform maintenance, and ensure the beauty of Deveraux properties. You will engage in various outdoor tasks, from lawn upkeep to snow removal, while demonstrating outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain landscaping tools and ensure safe usage
• Conduct regular lawn and grounds maintenance
• Service equipment and keep maintenance logs
• Execute snow removal and operate machinery
• Support site maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years’ experience as an Operator
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
