Landscape Operations Manager / Foreman (Calgary)

United Calgary Landscapes & Maintenance is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Operations Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage crews, operate equipment, maintain our fleet, and help oversee day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will become a key member of our management team and work directly with ownership.

We are looking for a hands‑on leader with strong commercial and residential landscaping experience who is comfortable managing crews, operating equipment, towing trailers, and stepping into the field when needed. This is not a desk job – successful candidates must be willing to lead by example and support all aspects of our operations.
