Landfill Heavy Equipment Operator

GFL Environmental is actively seeking a skilled Landfill Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dedicated team in Camrose, AB .

You are:

• Experienced equipment operator with the ability to run various pieces of equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, balers, and compactors.

A Day in The Life:

• Perform inspection and maintenance checks of equipment daily.
• Grease and lubricate equipment, check and add fluids to equipment daily.
• Operate necessary equipment to pack and cover waste material at the active face.
• Clean trash from tracks of heavy equipment by pulling or cutting material away from tracks and gear mechanisms at least once daily or more if needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
