The Land Ownership Representative plays a critical role in ensuring that Chevron realizes the full value of its land position while upholding our values of trust and integrity by adhering to the agreements, obligations, statutes, and regulations applicable to our land rights. This is accomplished by utilizing land, revenue, and other relevant systems to analyze and interpret contracts, title, transfer documents, well plats, regulatory filings, valuation methodologies, marketing arrangements, and federal and state regulations and then timely and accurately create producing property Ventures and Divisions of Interest in SAP.
