Land Development Engineer

Qualifications
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development and site engineering
• Strong expertise in earthworks, grading, drainage, road networks, and utility systems
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Knowledgeable in land use planning, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related engineering software
• Experience in cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and feasibility studies
• Ability to coordinate with LGUs, regulatory agencies, contractors, and consultants
• Strong leadership, project management, and site supervision skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
