This role focuses on producing high-quality composite components for marine applications by reading blueprints, laminating and assembling fiberglass parts, and finishing them to precise specifications. You will work with hand tools and molding equipment in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring each part meets structural and cosmetic standards while following strict safety and documentation procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review blueprints and follow detailed work instructions for each composite part to ensure accurate production.
+ Trim, assemble, and finish composite components, including fiberglass parts, to exact specifications and quality standards.
