Laminator

We are looking for an experienced Laminator with hands-on knowledge of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) components. The candidate will be responsible for laminating FRP products, ensuring quality, strength, and finish as per specifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform FRP lamination for STP tanks, panels, and related components Prepare molds, resins, and reinforcements as per job requirements Ensure proper curing, thickness, and surface finish Follow safety and quality standards during lamination work Coordinate with supervisors to meet production timelines Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Laminator (STP/FRP preferred) Knowledge of FRP hand lay-up and lamination techniques Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions Familiarity with safety practices and material handling
