Elevate driver training standards at Laidlaw as a Driver Trainer. This role focuses on safety, compliance, and effective coaching for new and existing drivers.
As a Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive orientation and ongoing training to our drivers. Your role will include conducting road tests and remedial training to ensure everyone meets and exceeds government regulations. Responding to roadside emergencies and supporting operational requirements will also be integral to your responsibilities during typical business hours and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute road tests for driver assessments
• Deliver orientation programs for new drivers
• Facilitate remedial training sessions as needed
• Conduct compliance spot checks on drivers
