Become a Quality Technician with Lactalis for a 6-month contract, ensuring high standards in dairy product quality. Your expertise will directly impact product safety and compliance.
In this role on the Quality Team, you’ll be tasked with testing and monitoring dairy products throughout the production process. With responsibilities ranging from microbiological testing to documentation management, this position is ideal for someone with a solid educational background and a knack for problem-solving. Shifts will be either from 6am to 2pm or 8am to 4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform microbiological and analytical testing of dairy products
• Conduct screening tests on raw milk
• Participate in new standard implementation
• Oversee Environmental Monitoring and Water Quality
• Organize shelf-life evaluations and product trials
