LabWare LIMS Application Support

We are looking for an experienced LabWare LIMS Application Support professional to join our managed services team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the primary owner of L2/L3 application support for a global pharmaceutical client, ensuring stable operations, SLA-compliant incident resolution, and seamless coordination across vendor, client, and India-based support teams. This is a client-facing role that requires both strong technical depth in LabWare LIMS and the communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
