Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Software Test Engineer to support the migration of legacy automated test systems from LabVIEW to a modern C#-based test framework. This individual will analyze existing LabVIEW applications, understand complex test sequences and functionality, and recreate those capabilities in a new software environment. The role combines software development, test engineering, and hands-on hardware/software integration within a lab setting.
Key Responsibilities
+ Analyze and interpret existing LabVIEW applications and complex VI architectures to understand system functionality and test requirements.
+ Convert and redevelop legacy LabVIEW-based test programs into C# (or C++) applications within a new test platform.
