Role:

  • Report the status of bug resolution on GitHub;
  • Execute the lab steps as if you were a student;
  • Document any technical issues;
  • Update the labs based on changes to the interface or services;
  • Create labs or lab steps;
  • Work with course owners to resolve issues and define focus areas or areas needing improvement.

    • Profile:

  • Higher education degree in the field of Information Technologies;
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in GitHub repository management;
  • More than 2 years of experience with one or more Microsoft Security products;
  • More than 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, investigation, and problem resolution;
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, OneNote, etc.);
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity and/or industry certifications will be a plus;
