About The Role
We're seeking a Plant Labourer – Utility to join the production team at Archer Daniels Midland in Windsor, Ontario. This hands-on position supports daily plant operations and helps ensure safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing activity.
You will assist with general labour tasks, basic equipment operation, and site maintenance activities while contributing to the company's commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Perform setup, cleanup, and workstation preparation tasks
Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts or similar material handling equipment safely
