About The Role

We are looking for a Site Laborer to join our team. This entry‑level position is a training ground for future Heavy Equipment Operators or Plant Maintenance Technicians.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Perform general manual labor around the crushing plant, including shoveling spillage and keeping walkways clear of debris.
• Clean and detail company vehicles and heavy equipment cabs to maintain company standards.
• Maintain the shop and break areas, ensuring trash is emptied and floors are swept.
