Labourer / Machine Operator - Plasma Cutter

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plasma Cutter Operator to join a busy steel fabrication workshop based in Yatala. This is an immediate start, ongoing casual role with strong potential to move into permanent employment for the right person.
You will be responsible for cutting steel accurately using plasma cutting equipment while working safely and efficiently in a production environment.

Your Duties Will Include

• Operating plasma cutting machines to cut steel accurately
• Reading and working from job specs and measurements
• Handling and positioning steel materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working efficiently to meet production targets
• Following workplace safety procedures & wearing relevant PPE at all times
