With 4 key factories across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, our client has a significant focus on people, innovation, research and development and safety to ensure client needs are exceeded.
 
About the Role:

Within this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of concrete sleepers including:

• Preparing of concrete moulds (cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants as required)
• Set up of moulding equipment (including use of hand tools)
• Machine operation as required
• Performing tests to ensure quality assurance and control processes are met
• Forklift operation (if licensed)
