Labourer (Asset Maintenance) | Local Government | $47.53 p/hour plus superannuation

We are seeking multiple experienced and motivated Field Workers (Asset Maintenance) to join a busy Local Government team based at the Yamanto Depot. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a genuine work/life balance with a 4-day working week while contributing to the maintenance and improvement of community parks, facilities, and public assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general asset maintenance across Council parks and facilities.
• Undertake retaining wall repairs and minor concreting works.
• Construct, repair and maintain minor structures including fences, shelters and retaining walls.
• Conduct inspections of park equipment and Council assets, reporting maintenance requirements.
• Carry out basic horticultural activities including turf maintenance, weed and pest control.
• Undertake other related maintenance tasks as required.
