As Labour Relations Manager you will oversee and drive the labour relations function across our group of companies. This role is critical in fostering a positive and compliant work environment, maintaining constructive relationships with employee representatives, and ensuring the alignment of labour relations strategies with the company’s overall business objectives.

What will the role entail?



  • Lead and manage all labour relations activities for the group of companies.




  • Act as the primary liaison with trade unions and employee representatives, ensuring constructive and collaborative communication.




  • Define, develop, and implement the labour relations strategy in line with business goals and legal requirements.




  • Lead the negotiation and implementation of the company’s Equality Plan.
