Fresh Talent is inviting unemployed South African graduates to apply for the Labour Relations Internship Programme 2026/27. This non-renewable 24-month internship is based in Bhisho, Eastern Cape and provides a unique opportunity for practical experience in Labour Relations.

Applicants should have a National Diploma or Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resource Management or similar fields. Preference will be given to designated groups including women and people with disabilities. Applications must be submitted through the provincial e-Recruitment system.
