**Purpose of the role**:
This is a full-time position based in SAS’ offices in Oslo and Gardermoen. You will report to the Vice President of Industrial Relations and Labor Law, at SAS HQ in Stockholm. You will be a part of the Scandinavian department responsible for individual and collective labor law, as well as collective bargaining for the SAS Group, comprising all countries where SAS operates.
You will carry out independent legal investigations, prepare consultation responses and counseling. A large part of the work is continuous labor law counseling to both negotiation teams and managers ranging from daily operational matters to complex legal issues. You will negotiate key out-of-court disputes. Because we have many issues to deal with that span a wide range of fields, you must enjoy a great variety of tasks, while you get to know the various parts of the SAS group across Scandinavia.
