Impact Recruitment has the pleasure of working with a respected and expanding law firm seeking a Labour & Employment to join their team. This opportunity offers exposure to high-quality workplace law matters, including advising First Nations governments and major employers across Western Canada. The role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys varied work, autonomy in their practice, and a collaborative team environment. While it would be preferred to have the incumbent lawyer work out of their Victoria location, their multiple offices allow for flexibility. 

Compensation

  • $85,000 – $250,000+, commensurate with experience

  • Discretionary annual bonus, based on billings and overall performance (hours typically range from 1400 – 1500 annually)
